To confirm a reservation, a deposit by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover is required.  Your credit card will be charged an amount equal to one night’s lodging.  The remaining balance will be due upon arrival.

Cancellation policy:

For cancellations received at least 14 days prior to the confirmed arrival date, the deposit will be refunded, less a $25.00 administrative fee.  Cancellations received less the 14 days prior to the confirmed arrival date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.  There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure.
